Usage Rights & License

This page explains who owns Moqtana's products, how you may use them, and how we handle your personal data. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. Ownership

All Moqtana products, including their ideas, questions, text, designs, graphics and logo, belong to Moqtana and are protected by intellectual property laws. A purchase gives you a license to use the product; ownership of the content does not transfer to you.

2. License type

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license that cannot be resold, granted to the buyer only.

3. What you may do with the games

  • Play the game in your own private sessions with family, friends or your partner.
  • Show the file on a phone, tablet or TV screen during the session.
  • Keep a copy of the files on your personal devices.
  • Film your game sessions and share them on your personal accounts. We are always happy to be tagged.
  • Team games: the buyer may use the game internally with their own work team in unpaid meetings and workshops.

4. What you may do with the templates

  • Edit the template and fill it in with your own information, for example to write your resume.
  • Use the resulting document for your own purposes, such as sending your resume to employers or printing it.
  • Use the phrases and tips in the guide when writing your own documents.

5. What is not allowed

  • Reselling, distributing or giving the files to others, free or paid.
  • Sharing the files in groups, platforms or public links.
  • Uploading the files to any website, app or public storage service.
  • Copying a template or game, or parts of it, and selling or publishing it under your name, or removing Moqtana's name and logo.
  • Commercial use without a commercial license from us, such as paid events, cafés, offering the game as a service to your clients, or use by schools or companies beyond the buyer's own team.

6. Breach of the license

Breaching these terms cancels your license without a refund, and Moqtana may take legal action to protect its rights.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The games are meant for entertainment and connection. Play responsibly and choose challenges that suit the players' ages and the setting.
  • Resume templates and guides are helpful tools and do not guarantee a job or an interview.
  • In all cases, Moqtana's liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

8. Privacy and data protection

We protect your data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Data we collect: your name, mobile number, email address, order details, and any messages you send us.
  • Why: to fulfil your order and send download links, answer your questions and improve the store. We only send marketing messages with your consent.
  • Payment data: we do not see or store your card details; they are processed by approved payment gateways.
  • Sharing: we never sell your data. We share it only with the parties needed to fulfil your order (the Salla platform that runs the store, payment gateways and messaging providers) or with authorities when legally required.
  • Cookies: the store uses the cookies the Salla platform needs to run the cart, sign-in and store analytics.
  • Retention: order data is kept for as long as the law and accounting require, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Your rights: you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent to marketing messages, by contacting us.

9. Governing law and changes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • We may update this page when needed; updates take effect from the date they are published. Each order is governed by the version published at the time of purchase.
